I love the food but the app is quirky. 1/2 the time I'm in the restaurant, it doesn't work properly. The rewards system is not good. I go there a lot and hardly ever get a free burrito. You need to mimick chick fil-a. App is always working/scanning points system is great, free stuff on a regular basis since I spend a lot there. Would do the same at Chipotle if it worked right.

Making this review to provide feedback on the recent internet connection regression. After the latest update, I like so many others, can no longer use this application with mobile data. I get the same "no internet connection detected" error message even though I'm clearly connected. Also, the limit to the number of receipt submissions per month makes the lack of scanning in the store a real issue since I have orders I cannot get credit for. Your app is broken.

This app is frankly broken. I've had it consistently tell me stores are closed when the posted hours and store status clearly contradict that. It throws errors fairly consistently when I start an order, even though nothing is wrong. The other day I had to re-enter my credit card, as it charged me twice beforehand without actually entering my order. Today, it's telling me to download an update (which is not available), so I can't use it at all. No burrito is worth this headache.

The app has a lot of technical issues. That's my main complaint. Leads you to a "Something went wrong" error page, but hitting the back button on your phone takes you back to whatever you previously were looking at, so it seems to be a visual glitch more than a glitch that will actually affect whatever you're doing. Usually my rating for this is 3 stars, but the most recent update is nice so i'm giving it 4. Being able to choose what your rewards points goes towards is really nice.

Theres no security when you make an account through the app. If someone were to get access to your account, they can change all your information (Email, phone number) without having to go through any security blocks. It wont even notify you until after everything is already changed, so you cant go back and undo anything. On top of that the customer service line doesnt even help much. I wouldnt recomend this app to anyone.

Never had a problem with the app. Until today, I have used this app several times. I got there and tried to open the app, and it said no internet. So I tried other apps and they worked fine. I opened and closed it, reastarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still didn't work, I literally was sitting outside the chipotle doing this. So frustrated I just went home. Got home still not working
