Your food used to be very good a year ago. Now its just like any other Chinese food. U removed from ur menu ginger chicken which i was ordering for many years and it was the only one on ur menu not like other restaurant. Very disappointed. Return the old menu and old taste.

I placed my order online and downloaded the app afterwards. It gave me 60mins approximately for my order to be delivered and before the time elapsed, my order was delivered...fresh, hot, delicious food! As tourists in Dubai, we were all sooo hungry and too tired to go out to eat. I found this restaurant on TripAdvisor and I'm so impressed by their prompt delivery and quality of the food. I'll surely order again!

Terrible back end. 30 mins after order I get msg saying order accepted and will wait 60 mins for delivery. After a few minutes get msg saying food is dispatched and will be 55 mins for delivery. If my food is 55min delivery from marina to jlt it will be cold right?

Chin Chin food is good, but service is at worst ever a restaurant can have. A always delivers after standard delivery time. 10 to 30 minutes late always.
