Terrible app. I booked a taxi from work (I'm a key worker) only to find that it got cancelled so I had to ring up. I am a petite woman out in pitch black night and freezing weather. Someone could have attacked me in the time I was waiting. Thankfully the driver I got was awesome, but this isn't where I rate the driver. This is where I rate this app's absolutely abhorrent service. I left work at around 7:30pm but I didn't get home until around 9. My home is a mere 11 minute drive from work. Awful

great app I use chevron all the time I haven't had trouble using the app will be using it more often. the app is great to us and it came faster then calling will be bookinh taxis this way from now on.

Everytime I try and book a taxi for straight away ot rebook a taxi all I keep getting is cannot take bookings and it's the 3rd time I have tried using this app useless apart from this I love using Chevron taxis better than blueline
