Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Auto Lullaby Player on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

BACKGROUND

I am a parent myself and wake up early hours of the morning to feed or rock my baby to sleep, so I built this application to allow my baby to sleep straight through the night.

HOW TO USE

Step 1: Select a lullaby
(Lullabies available: Lullaby Goodnight, Pretty Little Horses, Rockabye Baby, Twinkle, Additional feature: you can now select your own custom lullaby from your mobile devices audio files)

Step 2: Adjust the sensitivity (this is sensitivity to movement)
Recommendation: Set it at 2.5 sensitivity.

Step 3: Dim your brightness of your mobile device and do not press the power button to turn off the screen. To let your device detect movement you have to have the Auto Lullaby Player on screen at all times, dimming the brightness helps so that its not too intrusive (new feature now changes the player to night mode when on).

Step 4: Turn on the Auto Lullaby Player and you will have 60 seconds until the player activates.

Step 5: Place the mobile device in your baby's cot, on the side (press it down next to the mattress, I found what works best is placing it horizontally) in the center (please make sure your mobile device is on airplane mode).
