Had this app for years and it's the most inconsistent app I've ever used. Constantly can't connect after you've left the app, timer won't work properly, can't turn the circulator off, etc.

Seems to be deliberately broken.

Whyyy on earth would you need to create an account to connect to your sous vide? EDIT: ... connecting to the cloud is an anti-feature and should obviously be optional.

This app/appliance continues to be unstable and unreliable. Requires frequent reinstall. They've taken something that should be simple and made it complex. Despite several contacts with Support, WiFi connectivity remains unreliable. Think twice before buying it.

Works when it works. I would never buy an app based appliance again. Constant connectivity issues. I am not going to contact customer service in the middle of preparing a meal. Buy annova or any other device.

Doesn't connect well. Takes forever to connect and sometimes I have to try more than once and when it connects then it has trouble connecting to set the timer. You see bad reviews over and over and yet the developer never listens and fixes the problem. I won't buy another one
