This app is frustrating! I have received emails from chatbooks with sales or discounts and when you click it, it takes you to the app and then just stays in a blank, white screen. Emailed chatbooks for help and they told me what I should be able to see in the app, I don't see the option they are telling me that should be available. It doesn't update the shipping. I have 3 books that have been shipped and delivered, but the app still shows them as needed to be shipped or that the travel shipped.

Great concept, but has bugs with adding additional photos as well as payment screen white. Spent several hours already and I am over it at this point.

I love this app., I am old fashioned and like having my pictures in hand. I am always afraid I will lose them on my phone and I.will lose all those memories.

Was excited about making monthly books but the app doesn't open. Shows a blank white screen with a little x in the corner. Will be deleting.

I love these! But the app needs work. It can be hard to navigate and a bit confusing. I'd like to see what photos I put in past books to prevent repeats when buy a special book in addition to the subscription. Sometimes it says a book is in progress--asks if you want to finish--that has already been completed and should be on its way to print.
