was useful when i had it working but now i cannot add my card. i know its not my card because i can see the card making a 1 pound authorisation change sucessfully to my account. when you press "complete registration" the app bombs out saying " do you have a network connection" when i definitely do. absolute joke of an app. for a business that holds such a monopoly in Northampton you would have thought they could afford to make a proper app. pants.

terrible app, cant even get past the first hurdle, it is asking for a passcode which should have been sent to my phone, passcode has never come through and there is no option to get them to resend or try another option! extremely frustrating!

Really handy to do everything on phone. Love the fact that I can see where the driver is. And I can pay by card and get receipts via emails so I don't lose them. Just perfect!

rubbish asks for a verification code never sent had to delete then reinstall. then wont give fair estimates. cant pick type of vehicle type you want either. rubbish if you cant get app to work what faith can you have in a taxi actually turning up.

Do not download and use this app! I've just paid for my first ride and altoguh it was convinent, my bank account shows an extra amount I am being charged for, even though the receipt clearly states how much I am supposed to get charged for only. Unless you want to get ripped off your money, don't use it. Use an ATM and rather pay in cash, I'll definitely not be using Bounds anymore, this is ridiculous!

Tried to register 4 times with 2 separate mobile mumbers. never received confirmstion code via text. gave up and called. much easier! Dont bother with the app
