Love this app and how it helps, but I have been getting server not responding for weeks. Uninstall and reinstall didn't help. ☹️ Update : When I open the app, my phone vibrates five or six times. It then just gets stuck loading. Android, Samsung Note 9. Edit : Just saw the comment that the app is no longer supported. Disappointing, since I use mostly my mobile now. Even set as my homepage, it doesn't help much if I don't open my browser and see it.

luv this app but it hasn't worked for me in a few weeks... it keeps saying need internet to refresh & I have service or hooked to wifi...my phone did a software update the other day & I was hoping between that & all the updates the app has been doing it would work... but it's still not. ***I saw another comment where they uninstalled & reinstalled & it worked again... continuous loop of uninstalling & reinstalling to get it to work... so I'm just going to uninstall***

This website does not work. Says "needz internet" server not responding. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesn't work. Please fix this as many pets are losing out.

I like the app but every couple of weeks it stops working, indicating No Internets. I have to uninstall and then reinstall. Pretty sure this is a ploy by the developers to jack up the number of Downloads.

Used to love this app, but with this last update, I lost all my points, which showed how much kibble I'd already given, no longer getting notifications, and get a "Failed error code: 3" message (whatever that means) every time I pet a cat, although it still adds up the kibble, but not sure if these counts are going through properly. Plus, I hate the ugly white hand that hides a good portion of the pet pictures, which is what made this a fun app before.
