Bloated 100MB size app. If you got a slow phone or hate slow loading screens, forget it. Don't scan in your ticket into app. Skip the lame app quizzes. Just enjoy the tour and get physical discount vouchers and mystery prize survey and lucky draw entry at the end.

Waste time. Loading time takes very long even if your wifi or data is very
strong. It loads forever and i don't know what the heck is wrong with it.

The tour was quite decent and interesting. Not trying to be a cheapskate but felt extremely cheated that only non app users will win the survey prizes, with app uses not getting anything at the counter. Staffs have to explain to every app uses at the end.

Wanted to do the survey at the end of the tour and get the mystery gift, but the app crashed on me multiple times. It took awhile to load everytime i tried enter the app after it crashed. I gave up and left without doing any survey. Terminal 4 was nothing but amazing while the app is horrendous.

Friendly check-in for family travel. Children can occupy themselves with activities and parents can monitor them moving about because things are spaced out. Well planned.

does not tell me anything but event for the day, and where the flights are going to , duty free is not attractive as it seems , in summary waste space, waste time
