App is really good with the only purpose of it, is to tell me what the currency exchange rate in parallel market. but i give it 4 stars instead due the illegal way to show you ads by a forced popup (Distruptive Ads) which is not ok.

ChangeDA is a Mobile Application that collects currency exchange rate information US Dollar ($), Euro (€), Pound (£), and the Canadian dollar (C $) against the Algerian dinar at the parallel market in several points in Algiers.

The Algerian case is very singular in the foreign exchange market, as the foreign currency is not available for purchase in the banks in the absence of bureaux de change, which allowed the proliferation of operations on the black market to a rate that does not meet any monetary rules.
