Downloaded the App yesterday. It loads up but takes about 20 seconds to open, maybe a message that says 'loading" so we know its working. Then it recommends I download off line maps but never gives me the chance as the upper right choices are greyed out. All frozen at that point. Got in touch with Ray at Corliss. I did not allow all permissions as requested at install. Had to uninstall then reinstall. All works now.

We used the app for the first time to plan our ride in a different county we don't normally ride in. First impressions were good, but then actually using the app was a bit of a let-down. First off. you need to be able to have the option to breadcrumb your ride. Secondly any trail open/closure or alerts need to be dated! We had no idea how old information was on the app. We found an "open" trail that were destroyed by power line company tree trimming, It was un-rideable (well, if didn't want to run on ice and rocks up a mountain). It ended up ruining our day plan and left us with lots of road riding because we parked in the wrong spot. Third, You need to be able to add your own waypoints/markers, even if it's just for personal (non public) use. Look at ActiveCaptain for the nautical world as an example. it supports dated, user-sourced waypoints/information. This would be a huge improvement on the app that would ultimately lead to better route planning and people being willing to explore new areas. Beyond that, clubs really need to have a quick/reliable way to add local trails. Even with the app, we ended up getting turned around because of unknown junction points. and junction points that were signed, but did not match the app information. If my memory is correct, an Example would be Hamilton County Junc 113 was signed as 118.

Just downloaded the app. No maps will load. My internet connection is strong. How do I resolve?? UPDATE: I received quick technical guidance from the App team and was able to successfully add the App and download the maps. It is well worth the $4.99. As stated by others previously, make sure that you allow all "permissions" when downloading the app. Happy riding to all this season!

Looking good so far, however, when prompted to download offline maps, I chose night time view, how do I also download daytime view? If I have them both eventually, will it toggle between automatically? How do I set breadcrumbs, make it a LOT easier to see where you have been vs chasing your tail to figure out where to go next.

App needs full permissions to run; not my favorite feature. Would like to see a breadcrumb feature added and the ability to save previous routes. I found a notice that states the app times out on Oct 1, 2020 after which I need to pay again for next season's version. At least I can share the app with family through Google family.

Just wanted to provide some feedback after my first glance at the app. In my opinion the icons are too small. Hard to hit them sitting in your living room. Cant imagine how hard it will be out on the trail until the snow
