This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing UTMC eVisit on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. With UT Medical Center’s eVisit options, one-on-one care is more convenient than ever. Skip the drive and the waiting room, and connect to a board-certified physician or licensed advanced practice provider directly through your tablet or smartphone – from wherever you are.

To get started, download the UTMC eVisit app, set up your account and you’re ready to go. No appointment is necessary for UT Urgent Care. Please contact your medical provider’s office to schedule an appointment with a UT Medical Center primary care or specialty care physician. UT Medical Center providers are available during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST).

During the eVisit, your health care provider will assess your condition, offer a diagnosis and treatment plan, and if necessary prescribe medication.
