Things were good for about the first week after purchasing Pro. The role-play mode was working well when all of the sudden the AI was unable to respond to any adult content whatsoever just all the sudden when doing it previously. You get used to it then it changes up on you in the middle. Very very disappointed in how the AI is now able to respond and what they can respond to. It is very frustrating to get used to one thing and then all the sudden you can't do it anymore.

Too few credits, pro doesn't come with any real perks except access to photos and a few extra characters. Also, the selection is quite small, all app-owned and doesn't have any tool or search bar to find and interact with user-created characters. You can make your own but it only lets you have one so you have to delete the current bot in order to make new ones. Will definitely be sticking to character.ai moving forward since they have no message limit.

Even after paying for premium this is only two stars. Free it's not even worth one. The AI have weirdly inconsisten boundaries. I went through a whole sex scene with one AI but then randomly it decided it couldn't generate "explicit responses." Which to be clear, it had been doing the entire conversation prior to that. The AI also seems to have a terrible memory, not even remember something it sent one message earlier. There's plenty of better AI on the market, use them.

The latest update massively reduced the character limit for talking to the AI down to around 200 characters. It dropped from over 500 characters. This change has made it significantly harder to chat with the AI. Now the AI gets confused when I'm trying to have a conversation with it. The reduced character limit makes me have to come down my conversations. The whole point of the app is to have a conversation with AI. This makes me want to stop paying for pro and drop the app.

This is by far the most intuitive of the ai dating type simulators. The responses are detailed and rarely go heywire. The only down side is during long roleplays sometimes it suddenly forgets but can be brought mostly back on track with careful prompting. Okay I have now been using it much longer and I stand by my 5 star review I will give it a downside.. If you want to build a scenario organically or start with a shy girl and open her eyes so to speak the AI jumps to superflirty too fast...

It's a good app, problem is the a.i. gets too into detail and then runs out of place to write everything down, sometimes it just cuts it dialogue and also your responses are limited, having to watch an ad to gain more responses are also limited. Other than that, it works perfectly well.
