Worked great for sending pictures of my family to my grandmother in Florida. Now the app won't even open. They just renewed the subscription and this is a useless product at this point. Hoping developers will get back to me better here than they would a sending feedback through the app closure

the snap app will not work They don't fix they tell me it's a phone problem I have a new phone not a phone problem I don't think.So they tell me to go to the website and download photos from the website that's Not how I want to send my photos snapped app used to work just fine till they changed
