The app doesn't update driver location in real time, so it's difficult to tell how close he is to pick up or track the progress of the trip. Please fix your map and location/tracking system. This issue is very annoying

terrible .. first time using the app, and the driver left me waiting for such a long time... I called him severally and when he answered, he said his vehicle broke down. if that was the case, what stopped him from calling me and informing me about the development. y'll should give ur drivers proper orientation.

I am unistalling this app now. First time user and i was charged 2495 naira for a trip from akpajo to woji. Yet the estimated fare for the trip at the time of requesting was between 500-600. There was no traffic to justify the exorbitant fare. I called customer care to report , i was told they will get back to me. Up till now nothing. Their drivers are scam. Dont use Ceety Taxi.

I see the idea. The execution though, through the app is the issue. a) Map points in the opposite direction after setting the locations. b) I'm forced to use my location as a starting point and so cannot book for a friend. c) I must type my destination and cannot just pick a point on the map, making it less accurate, especially for estimates. d) The app lacks flexibility generally. e) Every single page or command on this app has to load. It's so annoying and time consuming. The app is everything that is wrong with this service, otherwise, great job with the prices and good to see competition in this area.

The map is almost always stuck in India environs, u find yourself waiting a while for it to refresh back to Nigeria so u can enter your pick up or drop off location
