At a single touch, ReportCam produces and streams a video-based Report Page to a secure server. The Report Page shows your company branding, the sender name & contact details, date and time, a location map, the video and a comments box. At the same time it automatically sends email and text alerts to nominated recipients who can click on a link to view the Report Page.
So users can instantly share their situation with customers and colleagues to avoid misunderstandings and improve operational efficiency.
The Report Pages are stored securely for a year and cannot be edited or tampered with, so they provide irrefutable evidence if needed at a later date.
And if no broadband or phone network is available, a Report is stored in the app to be sent later.
Users can choose between live streaming and High Quality video Reports, and a job name or description can be given to each Report for ease of identification.
