Not sure what's going on with the app, but it doesn't allow you to enter coupons, and when I ordered on the phone with a coupon and had them scan my loyalty code, I received no points. I eat at slice factory once a week and spend a lot of money there, so it pisses me off they don't seem to care.

Not trying to get anyone in trouble but this app does an absolute disservice to Slice Factory... I got a flyer with in app only promotions but you can't rven order anything on the app! uodate: two months later, still doesn't work... i literally spent a half hour trying to order delivery and it won't got through cause Im waiting for a confirmation email that never arrived..

The set up is great but it doesn't have much to offer other than ordering. You can't apply a tip for the driver. Loyalty points don't work. No where to add your coupon. Going back to ordering through grubhub.

in app ordering doesn't work. it take you to the location screen and then the address and phone number of the location you choose. no way to access the menu and make selections. basically useless.

at the moment this app wont let me order delivery through the app not to happy about it since I order once/twice a week.. I enjoy the pizza but cant order
