There was no 'order now' button to click for my Pell City, Alabama store. And yes, it was within normal business hours. This store opens at 10:30 but I was unable to order at 11am through neither the app or the website. Very annoying...I just said "screw it" and ordered off the Zaxby's app. 🤷♀️ Their loss because I was ordering for 3 people.

Restaurants are very confused and disorganized when you order via app, no numbered spaces, have to call the store and explain. order always incomplete

Runs a little slow. Also would like an option to add extra sauces to my order. (It's Milo's, after all. It's all about the sauce. How are you gonna have an app that doesn't give the option to add extra sauces?)
