I only wish I could give this trash a negative rating. It charges you for rides you legitimately cancelled. The drivers will NOT accept a short ride as they go whizzing by or camp out together while they wait for an airport run when they can fleece the unsuspecting tourists. Needless to say, I will be uninstalling this rip off POS for sure. Sometimes a "free" app can get pricey right away. BEWARE and keep an eye 👁️ on your credit card charges! 🤬 😡 👿

All these taxis are shown on the map, but it takes 50 to 70 minutes for a driver to show up. Its really frustrating.

No upfront pricing. A driver called me for my ride I had to point out it was for a AM time, not now in the PM.

I am surr it is a fine app but given low rating as service not available in SF. Why was it in a cab in SF

I recieved a call back within 4 minutes of reserving a ride, to me I enjoy this app because a card is not required, huge weight off my shoulders, the app leaves me an option to save specific destinations if I may so please, also I I like the fact that the driver calls me to confirm the ride other than having to search up a phone number.

Unreliable! I signed up for an early morning ride to the airport. When the driver didn't show up, i called and got a message that they were still looking for a driver for me! I need to get to the airport on time and don't trust this service to show up on time
