This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Texas Coastal Winds on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

About this app

Gives access to the latest wind measurements, wind speeds, and wind directions, all along the Texas coast. The winds are measured at stations of the Texas Coastal Ocean Observing Network (TCOON) and the NOAA National Water Level Observation Network (NWLON). Winds are measured following National Ocean Service standards and procedures.
