About this app

AndroidSVG is an open source library, for rendering SVG images in your apps. It is an independently developed third-party library with no connection to Google or the Android development team.

The purpose of this app is to demonstrate the abilities of the AndroidSVG library, and provide some real world examples of how to use the library to include SVG images in your Android applications.

Sample code is included which demonstrates how to use the built in SVGImageView widget, and how to render SVG images to a Canvas. Plus there are examples of how to re-colour the SVG at render time using CSS, and how to do simple animation.

The source code to this app is available at: https://github.com/BigBadaboom/androidsvgsampleapp
