App is designed to facilitate pick and drops for office/school/carpool/work places with or without online access. If you looking for SMS based solution, App sends SMS automatically to subscribers based on configured pick-N-drop places. App drops sms on arrival or even before the pickup as per configuration, We are working for direct on line access in case owner wants for publishing its location to all subscribers.
- On-line interface for bus arrival/departure is also supported.
App helps subscribers to get ready & pick your transport ON time. No more waiting at roadside for bus/car/taxi/carpool. Save and optimize your valuable time, specially morning time. I understand its value and thats the motivation for writing this app.
There are different use cases where this app can be helpful.
1. School bus pickup and Drop.
2. Office bus for employees.
3. Car pool.

Use Case

Bus starts from East end appt for destination tech park.
First Stop is Church Gate to pickup Mr. J D N Rao. Mr. Rao need SMS as soon as bus starts from East End Appt.
Second Stop is Hill View Appt to pick Mr. James Matty and he expects SMS as soon as bus starts from Church Gate.
Execution Steps
1. Click subscriber menu and subscribe Mr. Rao and Mr. James with their mobile numbers.
2. Click Route menu option and Press "+" button.
3. Add route "Route A".
4. Add description and apprx total distance.
5. Press "Add Route" to add route.
Route "Route A" gets visible in the list. Now register pickup points.
1. Click on "Route A" (Text) and Press "Pick & Drop" button.
2. Press Add new pickup.
3. Fill "East End Appt."
4. Fill "Expected time" say .. hh: 10 mm: 50
5. fill geocoordinates if you know otherwise leave this field as it is. You can update this data when you would be reaching the place bt pressing location update button
similarly add Church Gate pickup.
6. Fill "Church Gate"
7. Fill "Expected time" say .. hh: 11 mm: 10
8. fill geocoordinates if you know otherwise leave this field as it is. You can update this data when you would be reaching the place bt pressing location update button(a green square button with location icon)
similarly add Hill View Appt.
6. Fill "Hill View Appt"
7. Fill "Expected time" say .. hh: 11 mm: 25

So route is configured with all pickups. Lets subscribe users for these pickup.
1. click "East End Appt." a add notifaction button will appear on downside.
2. Press add notification.
3. press add user button to link subscriber with pickup point.
4. Press return now.
5. Press "Church Gate" and than add add notification and follow same steps for next subscriber.
Now app is ready to go. Press Start Tracking menu option to start tracking services. Please make sure that communication mode is "SMS" on setting menu.
Initially, user may update location information against pickup points while traveling on the route.
