Waited 7 minutes on payment screen for order to go through. Nothing. After I closed dialog cart was empty. After I called a few times to see if order went through: no answer. Walked around corner to look at shop, was open and not very busy. So fail on the fact that this app seems reliant on human intervention by the staff here that seem aloof to orders coming from the web or phone.
