such a pathetic service provider you promised to give the bagage till check in counter i explained the situation thats why i booked cartex now they left with out checking in how my wife can throw 2 trolleys with luggages and one sleeping kid??????? what is the service your providing????

Our Services:
Booking online (email) and offline (sms) confirmations once you make a booking. The carter allocated to pick your order at location specified/airport will be allocated with picture and number (for easy identification). The carter will wait with a board at the arrival area for easy identification. Rest easy on the flight knowing that there is a carter allocated to pull the weight for you. The luggage is weighed, images are taken and carefully packed in tamper-proof bags for transit. The handles and trolleys will no longer be available once we pack the luggage. The luggage then is bar-coded and images of the same are uploaded. All images are available for view in each order under 'Manage Orders' section of the application. The carter allocated is uniformed and will take your digital signature once the order is completed.

The luggage tracking is enabled and your free of the weight to: beat the traffic, have that cup of coffee, explore or get to that meeting on time. We hand deliver the luggage at the airport (Gate1) or location specified with the same personalized service extended during pickup. Alerts of your luggage transfer will be available at every step via sms or email.
