It took way more time than they said it would and according to the map the driver has stopped multiple times. You can't trust the expected arrival times and if it is late at night or if the order is too much they will literally cancel it without your permission.

I was using for some time but I had incident that my order was canceled and the amount was taken already and they said it will be refund with in 5 to 6 days.. I never got the money back even I comtact the coustmer care many times.. I will not use any more.. There is much better applications to use..

Do not use this app. I made an order. The restaurant never received the order. Carriage just kept the money. I called them and they wouldn't give me it back. DO NOT USE. I would give no stars if possible.

One time the order was cancelled after waiting for a very long time, this is end time I've been waiting for nearly an hour. It seems that they h6few drivers, last time I use the app I'll install after receiving this order

They do not provide rating for resturant to share review by other before we try as customers the resturant as we had faces issues with resturant like استاذ شاورما and we ordered and the order was accepted but never delivered and wasted our time waiting for two hours and called no answers if we know the Restaurant ignor customer from review we will not order from them but rating and review not available by carriage to protect them from us this is not fair.

Really poor compared to Talabat. There seems to be too few drivers to make this a reliable service. Food is arriving super late because there are no drivers available
