I mainly use it to buy and use bus tickets which is super easy. The bus tracker really really doesn't work though

My tickets disappeared after the most recent update ! Such a waste of money !

An app with 2 main functions: track buses and purchase digital bus tickets. Purchasing tickets seems to work fine. As for the bus tracking, it's rather complicated and there is no guidance. When you finally do work it out, you begin to realise that it's terribly inaccurate and half the time the buses aren't trackable, or just don't turn up. It's a shame really, with a bit of guidance, more accurate tracking and the inclusion of news about changes, this could be a great app.

Useful that you can view the buses on the map but extremely annoying that delays are not displayed and so there have been times I have checked the app to see the next bus and turned up 5 mins before the time shown on the app and the bus has already passed because it has caught up with delays. Very frustrating and disappointing as I can't name another operator (outside of go-ahead) which doesn't show delays! Hope your team can solve this issue.

Awful App, and too complicated to understand. As an older person I really struggled to understand this. I still have no idea how you purchase a ticket using this App . I wish they made these things more easy to understand, particularly for older people. I had to end up in installing it. No point really.

Useless live departure information, in my local area anyway, which was my reason for downloading. It just states the timetabled arrival/departure times.
