The new app is very slow when performing routine requests. Selecting my payment option to get ready for my cruise failed for two days when I pushed submit. I had to delete the payment method on file and add the same method back to complete the step. Ordering our medallions was also very slow. We've received our wearables in our PO box previously but it failed constantly this time. Then when I submitted the order the screen spun for 3 minutes solid. I hope the app isn't this buggy onboard.

Why can't they get just (one) app for everything required to sail. Plain simple instructions, information needed, plan options, and details of what you get with prices. Options for dining and differences. Easy dinning booking for adding separate parties to your table. What is allowed to bring on board and what's not. Everything in one place easily accessible under your booking by calendar date. Where at a glance you can see everything you have booked under your booking. Would be nice.

I would give it a negative star if possible. Horrible functionality. First of all, I can't log into the app with my Princess account - that works perfectly fine on the website. I was able to finally login using my booking number. I'm supposed to follow pre-boarding checklist and update data. But, I can't do half of the required stuff because it keeps redirecting me to log in when I'm already logged into the app. Too many redirects from app to website & each time, a login is required.

Downloaded the updated app and can't book dining dates, excursions, etc. Which app are we to use??? Don't issue a new app until it's full proof to use. Get rid of one. Also tried their help desk and spoke to 3 different employees to hear 3 different versions of what the problems are. I was informed that it will be resolved by the end of this week. Hoping!!

GOOD: Booking # finally front and center. Recognizes Caption Circle level for the medallion. Cleaner layout. DO BETTER: Does not recognize Captain Circle level for 50% off Medallion Net. Bombed out at Complete Required Check In when on the 2nd person to finalize medallion order. Improve response time. Need to see all bookings. Bring back LOCATE SHIPMATE. Want Port Guides back. Bring all features inside the app w/o going to website and deal w/ cookies settings. No map for exploring ship.

There is no biometric log in setting. When you log in using a booking number I have not been able to find both of my bookings at the same time. I have to log out and log back in using my other booking number. If you log in using your user name and password you can not see both booking numbers without logging out and logging back in with the other booking number. The new app is very slow loading up compared to the old medallion app.
