The ideas behind the application features are good, but app is buggy. There are four members in my group, but the locator only works for one of us. It would be nice to be notified of new Chat messages (via either sound or vibration) , but we have not figured out how to configure with notification turned on. The app needs further testing from QA and Software departments. Chat messages should be timestamped, especially since there's no notification when a message is received.

I can't locate/ chat with my own child? While I appreciate the security that random people cannot chat or locate minors, there needs to be at work around for family members. HUGE battery drain. My phone was charged 100% before I went to bed, this app was running in the background along with one other ocean app, and when I woke up 6 hours later my phone was at 4%. I was on airplane mode

you need download app for the cruise but it doesn't work well ( none of the ocean apps do). drops off wifi, wont open, freezes, need to re login often. it is good in theory but just doesn't work well. many people on the ship complain. when it does work it is nice to chat with friends and locate them, just unreliable. no problems having app open door.

When it works, its feature rich. Does not work most of the time, logs me out frequently despite me using the Remember Me button. Had difficulty finding shipmates at times. And lacks basic features like what times are restaurants open. Their Medallion support team was trying but basically said well you have an Android and we don't know how to fix it. They were clearly using workarounds for wifi problems. For this major of a rollout, they did not test this product enough. Highly frustrating.
