Terrible. Even after the update it still crashes all the time, won't let me do things and doesn't sync with my princess booking. I'm dreading what it will be like to actually use it on our cruise

I'm having same issues as Christina. The app went blank, so uninstalled it. Got reinstalled and ok at beginning, but then login failed, also the reset...no email reset came thru. Uninstalled again, and tried clearing Google Play Cache, but made no difference. My problem started May 15. 2021 when my regular laptop login online failed, never a problem before.. Actually, I tried to download the app on my laptop, too, with larger screen, however, I was denied, said it was already installed on cell phone, even after i uninstalled it. Please, someone help before I have to leave on my cruise!!!

Dreadful app, frequently doesn't open, and when it does you try to log in and I can't get any further than my email address before it crashes. Want to book speciality dining for my cruise as you can't do it on the cruise personaliser any more but I can't because the app does not work. I can only hope that Princess get this sorted before cruising resumes properly otherwise the on board experience is going to be pretty frustrating if you need this app to do everything. Would give it no stars if I could!

This is a horrible app. I cannot get it work to accept half of my information or order my medallion. The screen goes white and that's all folks! I've uninstalled and reinstalled . Same thing. Added payment info and it tells me I need to add it. Won't take my pin after adding it. This is worthless at this point. Why can't it take the information already in my Princess booking and link it? Why do I have re-enter it all? Why can't I order my medallion through the website instead of this sucky app? I love cruising with Princess but I absolutely hate this app.

This app has soooooo many problems. It is incredibly slow and a lot of the functions don't work when trying to add information. To cap it all, they have now moved the check in process from the website to the app and, guess what?, It's not working. Why do they have to make things so difficult?

This app is HORRIBLE. Defective. Profile picture comes out warped and blurred. Won't allow me to update my password or my login ID. It won't save any changes I made to my account and now I can't login on my princess account online. If this is what we are depending on board a ship, God help us!
