This has got to be the most worthless cruise app of all time. It does not do anything except take you to the Carnival website. What is the point of downloading the app??? Royal does it much better. After this cruise I do not think I will try Carnival again. It caused too much of a headache.

Have downloaded the app several times. Input required info. Verified ,press continue and app does nothing. Attempted with booking number and log in. Same result

This is one of the most well thought out travel apps I've used. So helpful in too many ways to describe.

I love the app because it's one more level of fun......the only thing I would like is if I could register multiple cruises at a time.

This app has lots of great features when you are onboard your cruise. The "what's happening" is nice to plan events (and see what everyone else is going to). The "photos" show all of the photos available for purchase under your room number. The "food" shows what is open and the menus from the restaurants. You can also browse excursions and purchase them from the app. That said, the chat function needs work. I was repeatedly dropped from groups or other family was dropped from groups. We never knew if the message was going through or if it would be seen. For a feature that we paid money to use, it was pretty annoying. Also, the countdown in the app prior to being onboard is fun. I wish there were more features prior to the cruise (excursions, booking details, etc). Overall, I'll definitely use it again... including the chat feature!

Overall great idea but some features are not very functional. First, it's misleading to advertise the chat feature without making it apparent that's It's not free. $5 per device, which means of course a minimum of $10 for just 2 travelers to communicate . The chat feature is really essential if your traveling in a group. Many of our messages did not go through, which caused problems . More alert options would be very helpful. The ship maps are good, but not interactive at all. It would help if you were able to zoom in or search for things like bathrooms or temporarily closed stairwells and walkways. I loved the 'what's happening ' feature and used it a lot . I'd love to be able to send links to events or restaurants to others in my group so we could better plan activities we want to do together.
