For the life of me I don't know why you all have a live chat... Everytime you just get redirected to an office or contact and half of the time that's no use. You need to get it together because my one money gonna be one less you get.

The interface is very nice, smooth and easy enough to operate but I feel it needs some features to improve. I think you should have more options for flight payments, like PayPal or Wipay. Also include a button to reverse arrival and departure locations in the booking screen for more convenience. If you don't have it, you should add a feature to allow users to send a reminder at a time of their choosing of their upcoming flights. Good job so far though!

Finally it is here. I like this app as it is very easy to maneuver. I can find everything that I am looking for. i can book flights, browse and I can see my total even as i change my flight selection. One thing that I would've like to see was a monthly calendar of fares which shows the days and the prices of the flights to and from my destination.

needs work. this app may do the job since it's a nice straight forward enrollment form and easy on the eyes to read but, it's missing many cities just around NY/NJ/CT areas. I could not enroll since my City wasn't listed within the mandatory drop/down field. maybe for now, your mandatory City field should be free formed so folk can just type their City into the box versus using a drop/down selection.

App is great and easy to use. Just 2 improvements, it should show all your active reservations instead of most recent. You should be able to book a miles ticket via the App. Also you can do like COPA and JetBlue and offer free points to update your profile.
