Edit: Since there seems to be no support for this app, I emailed to the developer to ask for help. My email immediately bounced back, showing the true email. It's Outsourced. After the last update, the Agency ID constantly disappears. When prompted to write notes, I have to type it in at least 2x for it to save in the right place. If I'm busy with my client and clock out 2 minutes late, I'm clocked out of my shift. This app takes up a lot of time and should be simpler to use.

Poor app. I always have to update it every 2 weeks about . It takes forever to update !!! This last time it still wasn't updated 24 hours later . I had to CALL IN TO CLOCK IN !!!!
