About this app

Speak with an eCARE by Southwest Health doctor or nurse practitioner 24/7 via video chat. No appointment necessary.

Our board-certified providers can treat most minor illnesses that do not need an in-person consultation, such as sinus congestion, urinary tract infections, bug bites, pink eye, sore throat, allergies and many others.

To get started, simply open the app, enter a few details about your symptoms, and provide your payment information. After that, you’ll be in the virtual waiting room. Visits typically start within 30 minutes – often in less than 15 minutes.

Your visit with eCARE is just like a visit to an urgent care or walk in clinic. The provider will discuss your medical history, any medications you are currently taking and ask questions to understand your symptoms. If the provider determines you need a prescription, it will be called in to a local pharmacy.

Your eCARE visit is private, secure and HIPAA-compliant. We provide a summary of your visit via email and you can access your visit details simply by logging in to the app. We can also make arrangements for follow-up care and even help you find a primary care provider.

eCARE by Southwest Health - enjoy the convenience of urgent care on your phone or tablet!
