I don't have a problem with the app, I have a problem with the service. Such a scam. This is the worst service ever. Everytime I have tried them they tell me to come in office. This is America where health insurance isn't that great. I'm trying to avoid spending bunches of money by using this service. Going in an office would mean more money out of my pocket imbeciles. They also stated they would refund me since they didnt help and I was not refunded.
