Quick and easy. The scheduling feature needs serious attention from the IT folks. Clients can not search for specific clinicians. There are tech glitches in the internet sometimes, and these glitches block the connection. You can be sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes and your clinician not seem to know that. Super frustrating.

I'm two-for-two with good experiences. The app is easy to use. I can get an appointment in about 10 minutes. Prescriptions can be written and forwarded electronically to my pharmacy of choice. What's not to love?

I waited for six weeks for a first appointment with Reginald Burgess and he cancelled the call after onky 4 minutes of technical difficulties. Couldn't try again, perhaps? What an unreliable service this is if the set up works flawlessly, but the meeting cannot happen.
