UNABLE TO RESOLVE HOST what does it mean the app is not working at all and keep showing this msg so reinstalled it but it is the same :(

I have been using it for about 4 times but not satisfied : 1) Being unable to contact the captains is awful. Most of them are still not well trained on the app., they also wait away from the defined stops , they even cancel you while you're waiting at the right place. 2) The lines aren't always working in their defined working hours. one day it is working, the other day the app. tells you they're sorry the area is not covered yet!! 3) There's more but the remaining area doesn't allow me

the service is good but needs some improvements such as: 1- proper calculation of waiting time. it always says 1 or 2 mins and takes up to 20 mins. 2- the application should allow scheduled booking. since I always have to wait until 7:15 to start booking. i never rely on it. Its usually my backup plan in case i missed the bus from other services. 3- calling the captain. stations are not marked on the application. its really challenging for new users or when using a new line.

Don't download. it doesn't show bus schedule .. you need to keep trying hundred times till suddenly you find a bus that will leave in a minute or 2 and of course this is very short time to reach the station. They are saying that bus comes every 20 minutes but this never happens. I reserved a bus that will come in 6 minutes and I ran to the station and then I kept waiting for at least 20 minutes for the bus and I was carrying heavy bags. Very bad application.
