Download this app today to do inservice thats due by the end of this month and cant even get pass the the first round it says "press to continue" and it takes you right back to square one its frustrating and very annoying can somebody] please tell me what is happening I took the time to give a bad review now im taking the time to say THANK YOU for responding sooo quickly and that really helped i was able to finish my course in two days now You get a 5 star rating keep up the good work

Unable to view my schedule. My Office confirmed that I was on the schedule however Care Connect App does not show anything. Very frustrating.

I must admit I was petrified when first using Care Connect...I'm not one who uses my phone to do serious task...Sending a msg to a friend is ok but, taking an EXAM was a road less traveled...I hadn't been on a computer in years...Oh, by the way I'm 71 yrs young...I say that because NO ONE EVER BELIVES ME WHEN THEY SEE ME OR TELL THEM MY AGE...That's God's blessing to me...Ok, so I want to be compliant and get the job done...But fear over came me...So, I called Care Connect tech's and they guide
