• Everyone’s health and well-being needs are extremely different. With hundreds of programs to choose from, you decide what goal want to work on and we’ll support you every step of the way with reminders to track your activity and links to helpful articles, videos, tips and more.
• Your home screen is your personalized, daily to-do list, that guides you throughout your well-being journey. Each day activities, content, and messages personalized just for you are displayed in priority order.
• We also provide the insights, tools, and greater confidence to help you manage health conditions like diabetes and asthma every day. 
• Engage in healthy competition by competing in challenges designed to help you achieve your goals through healthy behavior change. We’ll inspire you to take action through motivational messaging, social interaction, and rewards for your hard work.
• Commitment to your health and well-being deserves some major acknowledgement and rewards: 1. Earn dollars to redeem for gift cards at your favorite retailers. 2. Earn points by completing activities within the app. The more points you earn, the higher your level. The higher your level, the more dollars you can earn. 3. Earn badges to recognize important milestones you’ve achieved.

App Permissions

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
