I like the platform, but the app has too many glitches. It takes forever to load (10 minutes isn't uncommon) and it will combine conversations so I can't respond through the app because I don't know who/what I'm actually responding to. Which is unfortunate when jobs come that are time sensitive and I have no access to a laptop. You also can't read an entire message before accepting/declining a job. Which sucks if the message includes necessary info.

Rip off! Downloaded app to view jobs BEFORE deciding whether to join as a pet sitter. Nope, HAVE to join. There IS no BASIC membership for caregivers, so FORCED to do initial month (ok, will cancel if no like), but of course, it is an autorenew monthly at double the price! Then I go to log in to see the jobs AND they won't let you move forward without authorizing extensive and multiple background checks AND of course they already have your cc info! No way out-closed Sat/Sun so stuck,CONARTISTS!

I used to have a Care account a few years ago. I rarely had issues. Now, the app sucks. My message notifications are always late. I've had multiple booking requests and sometimes I can't access them. Also, I don't like how we can't contact the family before accepting a booking. I like to speak with the family beforehand. Also I've had people send messages but sometimes I'll have trouble accessing the message. It's a faulty app but at least you can get families.

So far it seems like an ok so but there are some crucial things that are missing. When looking for a job and the you back out of it the app sends you back to the behind of your list and you have to scroll down to find your place again. Also, there should be a way to swipe and make some of the jobs unseen/declined so every day when you check you don't have to see the same positions that you don't want again.

The app was good before the updates. Now, I'm not longer able to talk with families before bookings which is frustrating because there is so many things I need to know before accepting a booking. Also, the booking requests dissapear in seconds and the app keeps showing me jobs out of my zone. I'm definitely not renewing my membership and instead looking for an alternative app.

I wish the app didn't have so many glitches. I've had this app for about a month now. I've had to re download it about 50 times. I wish you could just message families right away instead of having to jump through all these hoops. The families I've worked with are great, but a lot of the families I work with also hate the app. The booking keep glitching, and when I contact customer service, they just stop responding halfway through the conversation.
