Lousy apps.. can't change the date of birth section. Imagine you are over 50+ years old, you would have to backdate 50+ years to download the apps

I got email from ioi saying the privilege card is expiring soon and was asked to use livo app instead. I tried to sign up in ioi livo app, was told that registration successful and will send login in details to my email. However, I didn't receive any email for that. So i tried to login or get password by using forgot password function, but was told that my email is invalid. I re-register again, but was told my email alrdy has an account in livo app. So what you want me to do? I can't sign up and i can't login.
