Won't let me log in - customer support's pointless. The app & website both will not let me into my account. I have followed guidelines to set new passwords multiple times. Still won't work. Updated app & everything. Doesn't matter because the website is screwed up too. It lets me accrue points when in red lobster, but I can't use them for anything because of this password issue. Something is very wrong with their password system. It shouldn't be accepting the new passwords if something's wrong.

I have already lost out on a reward because I get the runaround with the app/online ordering. I log in, created my order, try to claim rewards and pay, and a pop-up screen appears telling me to finish signing up. I sign out, go back to order. Try again. It has me logged in, yet I cannot get away from the pop-up screen that tells me to finish creating acct. When I do that, it tells me I already have an acct. 😳

Whenever I'm ready to order food from RL the app is always there for me :). It allows me to use my rewards coupons, find the nearest location, and decide how I want to pick up my order/request delivery. This is all done with ease and I appreciate it.

I love the idea of this app, but I was just trying to order a side of broccoli and redeem a piece of cheesecake with a coupon and it was a complete nightmare of an experience. I ended up having to go inside to handle the entire order anyway. It'll be a nice service once it actually works, but as of today it still needs work for what I was trying to use it for.

Works fine. I am out of room on my phone, so I'm having to uninstall and reinstall apps as I need them. I can't have an app for everything. Every business thinks I can just download an app for their perks account. I don't have that kind of room on my phone. This one reinstalls easily and quickly on the rare occasions we go to Red Lobster. I love the perks when I rack up points.

Love the app! I can order online, and it's ready for the time I choose. I've had no problems, I've earned rewards and have been able to use then with no problems. Happy seafood lover here!!
