About this app
The “Cloud-based Interactive Community(CIC)” developed by CardApp Limited is a smart community eco-system based on Cloud, Mobile Internet, IoT, FinTech and Ai, to provide various convenient services to and between residents, incorporated owners, property management company, local service providers and nearby merchants. By mid-year 2021, there are about 400 CIC estates in Hong Kong. With CIC, residents can obtain updated estate information anytime and anywhere, book clubhouse facilities, enroll events and activities, check e-statement and online pay property management fee, access estate and lift with mobile and enjoy privilege services and offers from eCommerce. Resident ID is upgraded into dynamic QR code for improved security, stability and widely usage. Operation efficiency and service level of incorporated owners and property management are enhanced with digital tools and workflows to save costs. Online-to-Offline(O2O) services are provided by local merchants to fulfill residents’ daily needs one-stop. CIC has won a series of local and international awards, including “Asia Smartphone Apps Contest” and “Best Mobile Apps-Hong Kong ICT Awards”.
