Quick to take the maintnace fee money but an incorrect charge on your card. Hour phone call at the least and 2 to 3 months to get your money back if you get your money back. Snot a fan. updating this. closing the company and still taking maintenance fee. crazy work.

this was the best bank, that I ever had, and everything was so easy , app worked perfectly. never an issue but unfortunately the department that has direct deposits is closing. I will miss this bank.

No lock on card.. can't see card details such as detailed view of card #and info in case you lost your card etc. Changing from prepaid to more but hard to set up online. Call center help is gross...
