i will Review the APP not the service like others here. For service review send emails. so here we go App developers: 1)make the lock and unlock faster and HIDE the password i type! 2)give the option in the app to extend the reservation near to 3mins and make vibration noise when we get down to 3mins 3)End Trip in the app should not be Only dependable on GPS signal, but also 4g or mobile data positioning 4)make the app faster when using slower than 4G mobile connections and less dependable when ending the trip or asking to lock and unlock the doors. many time the lock actually locks and vise versa. (probably is the same on/off switch) 5)give the option to use fingerprint instead of pin.

The app and cars are great, but the service is very overpriced especially considering you can only park in their designated parking spots, of which there are very few and are often double parked in. In light of the fact that Goto bills you per minute of use (even if you're parking), I would not recommend this service over Taxify (or Bolt) as it ended up costing me double the price (and that's exuding the monthly 7 month membership). Good idea, great vehicles, poor delivery. Would not recommend.

I can definitely recommend this car rental/sharing service! If you use it properly by just driving from one of their parking spaces to another it's the fastest, cheapest and most comfortable way to get around Malta when you don't have your own car. With the time they added plenty of parking lots, so you will always find one close to your destination! The Application itself works very good (except for stopovers sometimes) and the costumer service is ridiculously friendly and always helped me out!

Have decided to go to Valletta with my wife today for a Sunday lunch. We took the car in Gzira and when we were close to Valletta, we tried to find a place to park, the app shows a list with the spots, but the app didn't work properly and we couldn't navigate to the parking. We spent more than 20 min driving around with no luck. We gave up of the lunch and went back home. We parked in Giza, because we know some places next to home to park and then, again, the app didn't work and we couldn't end the trip. We had to call for support. Spent 16€ + credits to call for nothing. Disappointed.

This app is awful for the most part. Having used it 8 times so far; every single journey, bar none, I've had to call support to either unlock the car, lock the car, put it stop over mode, take it out of stop over mode, end the trip and just today, start the engine. The app doesn't update your location after you've moved on from the pick up point. So when you attempt to navigate to the nearest parking spot it thinks you're still at your pick up point and tries to direct you there. Great service from their CS staff on the phone but they shouldn't have to deal with these silly queries.
