I received information on exactly how to register for the app. However, it says I can't be registered. Extremely frustrating.

I had to use my phone number as my username for the set up to work. Once in, it works fine.

not able to register

Like the other reviewers below, I am unable to register because of my
apparent inability to provide "valid" details. It asks for my name, DOB,
and gender - facts I thought I knew and which haven't changed in the past
40 years. I would be most interested to hear which of those is "invalid".
One other point of concern is what I think is a fairly major typo on one of
the intro screens (which is also featured in the highlight reel above):
"reed me points for gifts." I can only assume they meant "redeem points"?
That level of sloppiness in a medical app makes me nervous. Perhaps I will
be grateful that I couldn't register, after all.

Unable to register, says to enter valid details, which I've checked & double checked, I'm as valid as I can be. Disappointed for first run through.
