The app does not work. I can not get it to do anything

Its September 2018 and the app still does not work on Samsung. App installed and opened, shows ads across the bottom of the screen but nothing else works. Very disappointed, for we are visiting in 10 days.

2018 App failure will NOT open or run on Samsung.

frieza's most of the time and when it does work and tells me I'm in Savannah Georgia instead of Boston Massachusetts. Even though I enable location services. And I bought tickets and logged into my account and it still shows me I'm in Savannah.
