Race around the Fitif Karting track in a go-kart, with beaches, mountains and urban landscapes in the background. All you need to do is pedal away at the cadence and power the system tells you, depending on the workout and game mode you choose.

- Freestyle:
The perfect obstacle-free cardio workout.
Simply pedal away and get your heart racing with nothing to focus on other than your cadence.
Pick up the speed or cadence you pedal at to make the kart go faster, or slow it down for a more leisurely ride.
Go for miles and miles without needing a power sensor.
To use this mode in Fitif Karting you will need a cadence meter. Although Fitif Karting works with most standard cadence meters, Capitán Nugget recommends the RPM Wahoo cadence sensor or the Wahoo TICKR X heart rate monitor.
- Power meter modes:
For people who enjoy working out and take their cycling seriously.
Workouts combining power and cadence.
Follow, complete and improve a series of different specific plans using power meters:
o Fat burn (easy).
o Improving physical shape (intermediate).
o Improving records (extreme).
We recommend you use a heartrate monitor for these workout plans, but it is not compulsory or essential to have one.
No need for a cadence meter. To do workout modes based on power training you can use a power meter. Although Fitif Karting works with most standard power meters, Capitán Nugget recommends using Wahoo’s NEW KICKR SNAP Smart Trainer. However, a standard power meter is no needed. Fitif Karting features its very own system –Fitif Revolution– that estimates your cadence as you go. So, all you need is the game and a static bike or spinning bike to soar through the skies. Or use your own road bike, MTB or other bike mounted on a trainer. However, you can use a standard power meter.

Your biometric values, which are analyzed during the fitness test.
Detailed information from each session you complete:
Your highest, lowest and average levels of cadence and power (if you have a power meter), heart rate (if you have a heart rate monitor), calories, distance, completion, distance covered, speed…
