I installed this apps on october Nd the free pass is expired untill 30nov. Suddenly today i opened it again, it wrote expired until 15nov. And must topup min rm60 from rm10 before. What the? I got the qr code for until 30nov, and suddenly it changed until 15nov? Bad manangement!!

Giving free gate pass but asking for RM60 top up per person at the entrant gate is really misleading. It's not about the money but really a bad 1st impression.

Claimed that it will give FREE gate pass, but after queueing at the counter, it requires us to pay extra RM10 to enter. It's not about the RM10, it's about you say something but required something else. Smh
