At cabApple, we believe that passengers should have a modern smartphone booking solution outside of major cities and a professional, safe service. The cabApple smartphone app gives you the means to book anywhere, anytime. All drivers are professional and authorised by a local UK council authority, meaning you get the convenience of booking via an app and the peace of mind of knowing that your taxi vehicle and driver are safe and regulated.

Smartphones have revolutionised the service industry and at cabApple, we're keeping ahead of the game. Our smartphone app encompasses everything we believe in and what passengers and drivers need - convenience, safety and professionalism. It's so simple to use too.

​First, passengers tap on the desired pick-up location and tap request. Your request is sent to the nearest available drivers to accept your ride. When a driver accepts your request you'll be notified how long he'll be until he arrives at your location, simply accept and he'll be on his way - you'll also be able to track his progress live on the app. Unlike other services, our drivers and taxi meters are regulated by a UK local council authority, therefore the final fare shown on their meter is the fare that you will pay, no more, no less.

Pay securely by Cash or Credit/Debit Card on the App at the end of your journey.

Our History

Having been regular European city travellers, the cabApple founders were stunned to find that a UK nationwide service did not exist outside of major cities and that finding a taxi still needed a Web Search and usually resulted in having to call multiple taxi firms until they found one available.

They immediately set to work to find a solution with one thing in mind : they wanted to create a service that works for both passengers and local drivers. Following months of research, they discovered that passengers want to ensure that the taxi they are riding in has a safe driver and safe vehicle and local drivers who are regulated by a local council authority wanted to maintain their rates because they bring this safe, regulated and fully insured environment.

App Permissions
