About this app
King Player® is a simple APP that brings you a convenient experience of playing your phone videos, any web video stream (m3u8), or video media that your friend shares to you within the same WIFI LAN using the same APP or browser.
You also can use APP to open a video stream URL directly, or a web page that containing video and then play in this app (after scanning), or use any your favorite browser app to share a URL link to this APP and once it detects the videos, let you have the full controls of them (cast/play/cache(watch it anytime)).
SHARE YOUR VIDEOS
You can always “share” one or multiple videos to your local LAN, then your friends within the same WIFI or LAN use this APP or modern browser will be able to view them or cache them if they use the same APP or Chrome Cast or Apple TV, .
CAST VIDEO
Shortcut Player® supports casting to a lot of popular streaming devices, so you can easily enjoy almost any videos that you have available on this APP to the big screen or device, as long as they are in the same network.

USAGE
PLAY
Simply open APP, all your local videos will be shown to choose from. You can sort/filter them, or just click on the one you like to play, and it will automatically play and continue on next one.
Or Share a Web URL or stream URL to this APP from any APP/Browser on your Phone, then it uses AI to detect a valid web page or a pure media file: on a media file, playing it; on a valid webpage, opening and allowing you to view and navigate around like browser, then scan videos inside and use them later;
CASTING/SHARING
For any videos you have found or you have locally available, you can always choose cast function and make it/them available to the receiving devices.
If it’s a cast receiver, you might need to press the connect ICON at the top right corner of this APP, and make it connected from a fairly hollow icon to a solid one, then you use cast button to send video files and enjoy.
Or you don’t have a cast receiver (or you don’t want to use it, then please make sure you are not connecting any of them), and press the “Phone Cast” button, then you are sending the videos files out. Any your local device with modern web browser should be able to open the shared media by visiting https://video.cansecs.com.
If you wanted to share videos with your friend. As long as they have the same APP and just use the same procedure to do the sharing videos with your friend. However if you and your friend are not connecting same WIFI or outside using phone data, one of the solution is to turn on your hotspot, and have your friends connect to it, then share videos with them.
WEB VIDEO
Paste or type in a URL or use any Browser open up the website then share to this app, when the web page is fully opened, you can just simply click the “Video(search)” button and let the APP detect all playable videos. (NB: if it failed to discover video, you can always go back and play the video in the web page first, then click the search button again) Once videos are found, you have more controls on them.
